1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason, provided the product remains in its original condition.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

Return Without Defect (Change of Mind)

• The product must be unopened in its original packaging.
• It must not have been used.
• All accessories and original packaging must be included.
• Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Manufacturing Defect or Damage

• If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced or refunded free of charge.
• The customer will not incur any shipping costs.
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Product Not as Described

• If the received product differs from its description or specifications on the website, a full refund or exchange will be provided at no cost to the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Products

• Products opened from their original sealed packaging where hygiene regulations apply.
• Products showing signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer.
• Customized or made-to-order products.

4. Refund Process

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, or bank transfer within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
